The CS Enablement Manager will design and lead training programs for the Customer Success team to enhance skills in eCommerce and improve customer value realization, partnering with leadership to address knowledge gaps and create effective learning resources.

Manage customer relationships post-onboarding, develop success plans, drive retention and expansion, lead strategic conversations, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Develop go-to-market strategies, create product messaging, collaborate with Product Management, and enable Sales and Customer Success teams.
