About our Strategic Communications Division:

Strategic Communications:

We Engineer Influence.

In the Strategic Communications Division, we are the global partners for brands that define categories. Our expertise is singular: integrated communications for luxury, ultra-luxury, and lifestyle.

Our methodology is Magic + Math. This means every creative idea is rooted in a business strategy, and every narrative is designed to deliver a commercial outcome. We don't just tell stories; we build business cases that captivate.

  • Develop and maintain strong media relationships with journalists and social media influencers, especially in the travel, food + beverage and luxury lifestyle verticals
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for media and clients
  • Maintain client relations through meetings, conference calls, events and general contact
  • Manage daily administrative activities on accounts including but not limited to media database maintenance and list building, reporting, media monitoring, clip emails, media stay briefs, etc.
  • Prepare and present meeting agendas, notes and reports
  • Assist with developing first drafts of strategic, creative and integrated PR initiatives
  • Consume local and national news on a daily basis and stay up to speed on current news and trends, especially with the travel, food + beverage and luxury lifestyle industries
  • Assist with organizing and attending media events when needed

Who You Are

•             Proactive, deadline-oriented and highly motivated with strong attention to detail

•             Effective organizational and project management skills

•             Proven ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines

•             Able to collaborate and work within a team environment

•             Ability to efficiently manage multiple project deadlines across various clients

•             PR agency experience preferred

•             Strong verbal and written communication skills
