Role Overview 

Delta Galil is seeking an Account Executive to support and grow our Sleepwear business across key retail partners. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day account activities, driving profitable sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly collaborative, and passionate about product, retail, and delivering exceptional service.

This role partners closely with Planning, Production, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continued business growth.

Open to merchants and buyers interested in transitioning into a sales-focused role.



Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Drive Business Growth

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies designed to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and business trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to maximize growth while maintaining healthy inventory positions.

Manage Key Retail Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, merchants, planners, and cross-functional customer contacts.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, providing exceptional service and responsiveness.
  • Lead day-to-day account management activities while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal execution.

Partner Across Functions

  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
  • Communicate and manage changes related to assortments, promotions, deliveries, forecasts, and customer requests.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to support customer satisfaction and business performance.

Be a Category Expert

  • Develop a deep understanding of the sleepwear market, consumer trends, competitive landscape, and retail environment.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and store visits to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Leverage insights to recommend strategies that strengthen customer partnerships and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel, merchandising, account management, sales, or a related retail function.
  • Experience working with major retailers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail math, inventory management, and profitability metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing at a detailed level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others is a plus.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Off-price and department store experience is a plus.

PAY RATE: $90,000/yr-$115,000/yr
