Account ExecutiveWhat this job involves:

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans that delight clients and foster long-term relationships. You'll anticipate client needs, exceed key performance indicators, build high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence while meeting revenue and profitability targets. This role requires translating firm strategy into tangible business opportunities while maintaining strong client engagement and team development.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Executing the vision and strategy of account plans to meet client objectives and interests

• Ensuring service delivery exceeds client expectations through high-quality performance standards

• Developing and implementing Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs to gain regular client input and maintain alignment

• Responding to client issues with expedient and professional resolution

• Developing budgets and managing financial plans to meet or exceed growth and profitability targets

• Retaining current business lines while expanding the book of business beyond existing product lines or geography

• Hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent while improving team performance through regular feedback and recognition

• Identifying account growth opportunities, articulating value propositions, and ensuring implementation across the platform

• Driving high-quality results that position the account as an internal reference for best-in-class service delivery

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 15+ years of broad business experience

• Client-focused mindset with proven ability to build and maintain relationships

• Results-driven approach with demonstrated ability to ensure execution and drive targeted outcomes

• Strong people leadership skills including the ability to influence, engage, inspire collaboration, build talent, and communicate effectively

• Personal leadership qualities including integrity, ethical standards, adaptability, and ability to inspire trust

Preferred:

• MBA or similar post-graduate degree

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

175,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
