Job Description Summary:

The Change Management Specialist will lead people development and engagement programs that support workforce growth and organizational capability across Supply Chain. The role is responsible for engagement initiatives, career development frameworks, capability building, AI and professional skills training delivery, knowledge repository management, and engagement survey action planning across functional areas.

Reporting to the Director of Change Management, this specialist partners with functional leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to design and coordinate programs grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Supply Chain career development programs, including role-based competency frameworks, employee development plans, and the department-wide training plan, to establish clear and measurable progression pathways for employees across Supply Chain.

  • Plan, facilitate, and continuously improve department-wide training programs, including AI adoption training, functional AI pilot training tracks, and professional skills development sessions; collect and categorize before, after, and impact data from participants to support reporting and adoption metrics.

  • Build and maintain employee development infrastructure, including structured onboarding frameworks for new employees and capability-building resources that support employee growth and development.

  • Own the content governance and curation of the Supply Chain Hub (Bloomfire), maintaining a current, organized, and searchable knowledge management system; establish and manage content submission and audit processes to ensure resources across functional areas are accessible and consistently maintained.

  • Facilitate engagement survey action planning with functional area leads across assigned areas, translating survey findings into specific, accountable commitments with defined owners and timelines, and tracking progress through completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field

  • 3 or more years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, people programs, or a closely related function

  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners in a professional or organizational setting

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional people programs, including career development, capability building, or manager enablement initiatives, across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, professional documentation, facilitation materials, and stakeholder-ready deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience governing or curating a knowledge management platform such as Bloomfire, Confluence, or a comparable tool

  • Familiarity with a structured change management methodology

  • Experience supporting employee engagement survey analysis and action planning

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Classroom, Docs, Slides, and Forms

  • Experience in a supply chain, operations, or EdTech environment
