We are seeking a Client Partner experienced in selling advertising solutions to Fortune 500 enterprise clients to grow and scale Netflix US revenue. With your deep understanding of the digital video and programmatic landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell Netflix's full range of advertising solutions to help achieve their marketing goals.


As a Client Partner at Netflix, you will focus on client direct sales needs and work in lockstep with your cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about long-term account development, and proficient in high-level strategic thinking. This role will handle NY- and Boston-based accounts, and requires travel and representation at industry events. 


Responsibilities

  • Establish and foster working relationships with key decision makers on both client and agency levels with a focus on Holding Companies and Fortune 500 brands
  • Build on the strengths of the Netflix portfolio of product offerings to close new business while renewing and up-selling existing clients to maximize revenue
  • Prepare proposals and respond to RFP’s with a high degree of professionalism, and quality and in a timely manner
  • Work with Netflix Ad Sales Product, Marketing, Research, and Revenue Yield Management to ensure that client’s needs are being met
  • Negotiate pricing, advertising placement, content, and event concepts
  • Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned accounts
  • Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new clients 
  • Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations
  • The position requires travel based on agency and client location

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in the Advertising industry, with at least 2+ years of direct media sales experience managing complex agency and client relationships 
  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
  • Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers
  • Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions
  • Prospecting and cold-calling skills are necessary
  • Understanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed
  • Strong, confident presentation skills

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $230,000.00 - $325,000.00. A portion of this compensation is variable.
