The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and more. You'll be expected to hit the ground running, managing requisitions independently, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires deep experience with Ashby and a proven track record in recruiting in high-growth start-up settings. You'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and play a key role in shaping the teams that power Allara's mission.

Location: Hybrid in New York City - We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.

Your Impact

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for all Corporate 1099 & W2 roles across Engineering, Product, Operations, Clinical Operations (non-clinical), Marketing, and more.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across functions to define needs, align on processes, and ensure efficient hiring.

  • Hold all hiring managers accountable to Allara's recruiting philosophy and process, coaching them toward consistent, high-quality, and equitable hiring decisions.

  • Bring a strong network within the NYC tech ecosystem to source high-caliber talent across both technical and corporate functions.

  • Use Allara's employer brand to craft compelling outreach and attract top talent.

  • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and mission-aligned candidate experience.

  • Manage roles and pipelines in Ashby, ensuring accurate data and actionable reporting.

  • Leverage Ashby and our existing tooling to build robust reporting and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, hiring velocity, and outcomes.

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track, analyze, and share hiring metrics to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.

  • Proven success recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including Engineering and Product.

  • An established network and active presence within the NYC tech ecosystem.

  • Experience managing both W2 and 1099 hiring.

  • Start-up experience is required.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Ashby is essential.

  • Strong sourcing capabilities that extend beyond job boards.

  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in an evolving environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Deep passion for building high-performing teams that support women's health.

**Note: This compensation range may be inclusive of several career levels at Allara and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
