About the Role

As the Director of Business AI, you will lead Keeper's mission to embed AI into our operational DNA. You'll partner with business leaders to uncover transformative opportunities where automation and intelligence can accelerate workflows, enhance decision-making, and eliminate operational friction across the organization.

You will champion AI literacy by educating teams on best practices, architecting tailored solutions and intelligent copilots, and applying strategic make-or-buy frameworks to optimize our technology investments. This role focuses exclusively on internal enablement - not customer-facing products. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, visionary strategist, and hands-on leader in revolutionizing how our business teams operate and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and execute high-impact AI initiatives that drive measurable ROI
• Design and deploy custom AI solutions and intelligent copilots tailored to non-engineering teams (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, etc.)
• Apply strategic make-or-buy frameworks to evaluate third-party AI platforms and optimize build-versus-buy decisions
• Lead enterprise-wide education initiatives to establish AI centers of excellence and upskill teams
• Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Collaborate with data, engineering, and security teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and secure AI implementations
• Champion change management initiatives to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Serve as the internal thought leader and trusted advisor to executives on AI strategy, governance, and execution

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles with demonstrated business transformation success
• Deep expertise in modern AI/ML technologies, automation platforms, and analytics frameworks, including generative AI applications
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions for business functions such as sales enablement, marketing automation, customer analytics, or financial planning
• Proven track record in change management and driving enterprise-wide technology adoption at scale
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic, results-driven execution
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI platforms, including RPA, intelligent copilots, and LLM-based solutions
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and align stakeholders from practitioners to C-suite
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
