  • You are motivated by sowing and growing a book of business
  • You love setting strategy and collaborating closely with highly motivated peers 
  • You are a strong verbal and written communicator, and enjoy making sense of disparate threads or perspectives
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally and providing market feedback to our go-to-market and technical teams to ensure rapid product and communication improvements

Your day-to-day

  • Own and develop a pipeline of opportunities by fostering relationships and leaning on internal collaborators across GTM
  • Develop a deep understanding of our prospects and customers to ensure we are scoping valuable solutions to their needs
  • Be present where our partners are; attend conferences and industry events and spend time with our partners

The base salary range for this role is between $150,000-170,000. In addition to base salary and long-term incentive, this position also has competitive variable compensation. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Ribbon also offers a competitive equity package, health insurance, parental leave, 401K matching, and other great benefits.
