We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team.

About The Team

Decagon’s GTM Productivity team is laser-focused on building a truly elite, world-class revenue engine as a core differentiator for the business. At the individual level, we believe in unlocking the full potential of every seller and field team member — enabling them to do their best work and win at the highest level. At the organizational level, success means turning strategy into consistent, repeatable execution — driving faster ramp, higher productivity per rep, and exceeding global revenue targets with greater efficiency.

About The Role

Decagon is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager — a founding member of our GTM Productivity team — to help our sellers and sales leaders win. This is a highly tactical, field-facing role for someone who understands great selling firsthand, whether as a former seller or through experience in elite sales organizations. You'll partner directly with sales leaders and their teams to coach sellers, improve execution, and drive measurable performance. You'll be a trusted partner to the field in building programs, training, content, and certifications, to improve our sellers performance.

In this role, you will

  • Partner directly with sales leaders and sellers — understanding day-to-day challenges, identifying performance gaps, and driving initiatives that help individuals and teams win.

  • Build and deliver high-impact enablement — leading practical training, certifications, and ongoing development grounded in real customer conversations and deals.

  • Drive a consistent field enablement cadence — facilitating engaging sessions alongside sales leaders and top performers to reinforce great selling behaviors.

  • Partner cross-functionally — translating Product, Marketing, and business priorities into actionable field execution.

  • Leverage data, tools, and AI — identifying coaching opportunities, measuring impact, and scaling effective enablement.

Your background looks something like this

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, sales leadership, or field enablement, ideally with firsthand quota-carrying experience or deep exposure to elite sales organizations.

  • Strong sales acumen and credibility — you understand what great selling looks like and can translate that into practical coaching.

  • Passion for developing sellers — you thrive on helping individuals and teams improve their performance.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills — equally comfortable coaching 1:1, leading workshops, and partnering with senior sales leaders.

  • Scrappy, hands-on, and execution-oriented — you thrive in fast-moving environments and prioritize tangible business impact.

Even better if you have

  • Experience transitioning from sales or sales leadership into enablement.

  • Experience building sales coaching, training, or methodology programs.

  • Experience in AI, enterprise SaaS, or high-growth startups.

  • Experience leveraging AI and conversational intelligence to improve sales performance.

Benefits

We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

  • Monthly stipend to support your wellness, lifestyle, and work-life balance

  • Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

  • Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave)

These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
