Description
EPAM is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join its growing North American Talent Acquisition team. We are posting this job out of our Conshohocken, PA office, but there is some flexibility of working at other approved EPAM office locations or remotely. This role will be responsible for providing the highest level of sourcing, screening, staffing and talent acquisition on behalf of our senior stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Utilize recruiting resources including online networking, and cold calling contacts to help identify and source qualified executive level candidates
  • Guide senior level stakeholders in areas such as creation of job descriptions, interviewing, market availability, best practices, closing, etc
  • Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Be an expert at picking up flags on resumes, addressing them with candidates, and making decisions on candidate's suitability for the role and EPAM
  • Provide complete, accurate, and motivating information to candidates about the company and position
  • Manage and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Organizes, leads, and documents post-interview debrief with interview teams and candidates
  • Works cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities
  • Responsible for selling and closing candidates
  • Other projects and administrative tasks as assigned


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on executive level hiring; with a focus on Enterprise Account Management and Business Consulting
  • Experience dealing with and guiding senior level stakeholders
  • Experience in technology, digital, and mobile recruiting is a HUGE plus
  • A strong, demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Persistence despite obstacles, setbacks, and competing influences
  • Ability to convey a sense of urgency to achieve a desired outcome
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, creative problem solver
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key business partners

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
