In this role you will:

  • Process tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, & direct deposit.
  • Establish and maintain payroll files, wage garnishments, child support and unemployment.
  • Coordinate information workflow with HR, recruiters, etc.
  • Reviews and analyzes payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely close of payroll on a semi-monthly basis.
  • Respond to pay related inquiries from employees.
  • Recognize sensitivity of information and use thoughtful discretion.
  • Provide resource, support and training for employees.
  • Assist with implementation of company-wide payroll initiatives.
  • Assist with any payroll projects.
  • Assist with audit requests from external auditors.
  • Provide support to cross functional teams.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.


Your qualifications are: 

  • At least 0-2 year of working experience of processing payroll
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
  • Has the ability to Analyze Payroll Data as we are a Data Driven Organization
  • Familiarity with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) system a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
