Latch is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Point of contact for employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring matters to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage the onboarding, leave of absence, and offboarding processes
  • Assists with offers and background check compliance
  • Maintains documentation for People Operations processes both internal and employee facing
  • Assist in audits and reporting for compliance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class people experiences
  • Bring your insights of our internal processes to recommend better ways of supporting automation and scale

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED with bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and quickly changing environment.
  • Structured, organized, and extremely detail-orientated with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Commitment to high quality work and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn our HRIS and talent management systems.
  • High technical aptitude and computer skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven capability to form tight partnerships with cross-functionally internally and externally to solve problems and execute on initiatives
  • Ability to move fast with the process in mind but a bias towards execution, desire to learn, and iterate
