Position Overview: 

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Senior Manager, Recruiting to help us attract and retain the best talent.  This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process – from strategy development, pipeline building, relationship management to process streamlining and will lead the recruiting efforts across the organization.  

The ideal person for our team is someone who is innovative, highly organized, detail-oriented, can ramp quickly, and is able to balance the day-to-day recruiting activities while owning the  function. This person is a very experienced recruiter and has done full cycle recruiting for technical roles. This role requires high passion and prior success in maturing a recruiting organization to scale. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in joining a high-growth tech company to be involved in its scale and growth.  

Essential Functions:

  • Full Life Cycle Recruiting/Talent Partner – Sourcing, Assessing, Partnering with and Closing candidates. You will be responsible for representing the StrongArm Technologies brand as we continue to grow, with a major emphasis on finding diverse talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, how they fit within the company, and assist them with assist with creating job descriptions, post roles, source, screen, and coordinate the interview process for a variety of open reqs across the organization
  • Own partnerships with external recruiters and internal resources - negotiate and streamline contracts and fees when necessary
  • Track the hiring plans of all open reqs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities, clear communication with hiring managers and setting appropriate expectations
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build pipeline and close the highest priority hiring needs for the company
  • Optimize the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Review Monthly/Quarterly Recruitment metrics to ensure target time to fill, aging and other metrics are on track.
  • Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Develop a high level of expertise in relevant job boards, social media channels, recruitment software and other hiring avenues

 

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced, company with  high volume roles, specifically in tech
  • Previous experience in technical recruiting within the IT/engineering field (engineering, data science, QA, design, product and sales candidates)
  • Bachelor's degree  preferred
  • Experience with acting as the administrator of an Applicant tracking system  (Greenhouse experience preferred_
  • Previous experience establishing hiring systems and processes that scale with an early to mid-sized startup
  • Experience in diversity recruiting and able to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • Experience leveraging data so we can better benchmark, forecast and report on hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with Boolean
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a strong executive presence and ability to speak to all levels within the organization
  • Experience working in a startup environment 
  • Strong consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with all stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, executive leadership, vendors, etc.) required.
