Sr. Manager, Business Recruiting

We are building a talent acquisition dream, and on the hunt for an innovative and adaptable Sr. Manager of Business Recruiting to lead and inspire a team of exceptional Recruiters and Managers. As a key member of the Talent team, you will partner with hiring managers, VPs of Finance, Operations, Growth and Acquisition and our co-founders to drive strategic org decisions, candidate development, diversity and employer brand initiatives. You will also work closely with leadership within the People and Operations teams to continue to build a best-in-class Growth and G&A business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Noom’s Growth and G&A recruiting and sourcing strategy with a focus on acquiring top diverse talent to meet our current and future hiring needs for our business functions
- Attract, hire and manage amazing recruiters to meet out hiring targets
- Work with Talent leadership to evaluate and continuously improve the team structure
- Use data to accurately forecast progress towards KPIs and identify and quickly solve inefficiencies
- Develop strong advisory relationships with COO, CFO and VP + Directors/Hiring Managers
- Ensure an excellent recruiting experience for all candidates
- Proactively communicate strategy and business updates to the team and executive leadership
- Deliver ongoing reports to track results, impact, hiring quality and cost-effectiveness of the Recruiting team
- Design and Implement processes, tools, and systems needed to scale and support the recruiting team in the short and long-term
