Talent Acquisition Associate

You’ll be a part of a small, but mighty team committed to big results. As we build our People team, our Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for helping SwagUp build and scale our Talent infrastructure, programs, and processes, specifically onboarding all our new hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Talent Acquisition with new job ads, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring paperwork is provided for hiring and onboarding.
Launch job ads in multiple platforms (including social media), ensuring consistency and tracking ROI.
Actively screen candidates through our Applicant Tracking System driving them through the appropriate stages while building SwagUp’s pipeline
Conduct first level pre-screen on specific roles
Tracks and reports on key recruiting metrics
Continuously network with universities, schools, and professional organizations to build partnerships to attract top talent
Provides in-house training workshops for hiring managers on appropriate hiring best practices and interview topics including our ATS
Other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
2-3 years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Associate/Recruiter, preferably in a startup environment
You’re comfortable wearing many hats and taking on a variety of TA tasks and challenges
Passion for working a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
“Can do” attitude; ambiguity should not stump you
