The Role:
Being an AI-driven search technology, the core of our business is our amazing product! We are looking for a technical recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team here at AlphaSense. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial individual who wants to have a direct impact the growth of a firm, as well as on employees, globally. Your main capacity is to find the best talent out there for our product team; included, but not limited to – engineering, design and marketing teams. The Talent Acquisition Team as a whole, oversees the hiring process, our culture and perks of being on the growing AlphaSense team!
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide extraordinary end to end candidate experience
- Source, screen and manage candidates for roles on the product side of the business
- Learn how each department within AlphaSense functions, and cater recruiting style to suit each hiring manager and area of the business
- Schedule and execute interviews with candidates both over the phone and in-person
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting-related tools
- Achieve quarterly and yearly headcount goals
- Assist with organizing and planning firm-wide activities and events
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Knowledgeable of the tech marketplace and our tech stack (Java, React, Python, Perl, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to work at a face paced startup environment
- Must have an entrepreneurial and self-sufficient mindset
- Knowledge and experience in full cycle recruitment
- Interest and passion to build a scaling team
- Working effortlessly to ensure each candidate has the best experience possible
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
