Job Description:

This position pays between $26- $29/hr ($54,000 - $60,000/year plus annual bonus!) based on experience. 

The primary focus of this role is to create an Unforgettable Guest Experience in accordance with Mars Retail Group brand standards, creating a world where everyone feels they belong.
 

The Operations Supervisor actively executes operational excellence to support store leadership and drive business growth. They may also perform effective Manager on Duty responsibilities.
 

This role is responsible for upholding and executing the established policies and procedures relating to inventory, replenishment, quality, and all food safety requirements.

What are we looking for? 

  • Previous retail operations supervisory experience preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. 

  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. 

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed. 

  • Experience with driving sales, operational excellence, and satisfying the Guest

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures

  • Maintain an environment that drives operational excellence throughout the store

  • Receive and support in warehouse deliveries, ensuring timelines are met and the shop floor is replenished and full

  • Lead in replenishing the shop floor as needed

  • Assist store inventory and control accuracy through regular cycle counts, including damaged and defective products whilst maintaining productivity goals

  • May support all Loss Prevention strategies, including investigating inaccuracies or discrepancies and internal and external theft and fraud which leads to inaccurate inventory levels and sellable merchandise

  • Maintain accurate Associate scheduling/placement while acting as Manager on Duty, which will ensure effective customer service and operational coverage throughout the store

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
