What We’re Really Looking For

We’re looking for an Office Coordinator who owns the day-to-day office experience and serves as a trusted operational partner to the Chief People Officer. This person will ensure the TriEdge office runs seamlessly, employees and guests feel genuinely cared for, and people operations are supported with high attention to detail and discretion. No task is too small, and no challenge is too big.

What You’ll Do

Office & Workplace Operations

  • Own the end-to-end office experience, ensuring a welcoming, polished, and highly functional workplace environment

  • Sit at reception 4 days per week and provide a white-glove guest experience for visitors and candidates

  • Manage all office operations including vendor relationships, facilities upkeep, maintenance requests, security protocols, and office services

  • Own office inventory (supplies, snacks, meals, and amenities) and manage ordering and budgeting

  • Serve as the point person for building management and external vendors

  • Ensure office standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently high

Management Team Support

  • Provide light administrative support to management team, including calendar coordination, travel support, expense management, and meeting logistics

  • Support people operations workflows such as onboarding logistics, new hire setup, and coordination of employee lifecycle processes

Culture, Events & Employee Experience

  • Plan and execute employee engagement events (10–500 people), including happy hours, holiday parties, team dinners, offsites, and internal events

  • Manage transportation and logistics for events and offsites

  • Own holiday gifting, employee milestones, and office swag programs

  • Support employee experience initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and belonging

  • Partner with the People team on internal communications and office-wide announcements

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support in a professional environment

  • Hospitality-forward mindset with strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate needs

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential people-related matters with discretion

  • Strong multitasker with an ownership mindset and bias to action

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and calm under pressure

Location

TriEdge is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards, New York. This role is expected to be in office Monday - Thursday, working from home on Fridays.

Pay transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
