As a Recovery Associate at Rhino, you’ll join a renowned team that is transforming the future of renting.  You will play a key role in ensuring Rhino’s renters and partners have a world class experience.

In this role you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support of customers, which may include real-time conversations via telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Resolve issues in a timely way while effectively prioritizing customer needs.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and deliver solutions to help customers resolve balances.
  • Document clearly and concisely all relevant activity on assigned customer files and make recommendations for additional activity as appropriate.
  • Provide timely and accurate review and reporting of collections activity to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues internally and direct the activities of external legal and collection resources as required
  • Provide ongoing support to the Experience Team as needed.

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a support or operations type role, ideally at an insurance, start-up, or real estate company.
  • Strong customer service and operational skills.
  • Strong writing skills. An expert communicator in both small-talk & high-pressure moments.
  • Must thrive in dynamic environments. Driven to grow and take on new responsibilities.
  • True team player. Open to accepting feedback to ensure the team’s success.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Flexibility - We are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected.
  • Insurance licensing may be required. Paid time off to complete training and the examination.
