UTA seeks a senior product leader, who will drive large-scale Advisory initiatives, partner with leadership to shape product strategy, and independently lead execution from concept through delivery. You will influence product direction through customer insights, business analysis, and product expertise while working closely with product leadership on roadmap planning, investment recommendations, and prioritization decisions. This role reports to the VP Product Manager, Technical, Advisory and will work closely with business, engineering, and executive stakeholders across Advisory.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Product Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, requirements, prioritization decisions, and delivered outcomes.

  • Partner with product and business leadership to shape and execute the vision for modernizing and unifying core systems, identifying high-impact opportunities for innovation and helping drive a multi-year product roadmap.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned technology platforms and initiatives, translating organizational strategy into successful product outcomes.

  • Partner with senior product and engineering leadership to define and evolve foundational platforms and tools that power business operations and creative workflows at scale.

  • Develop data-driven product insights and recommendations that inform technology investments, operational priorities, and planning decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build deep partnerships with cross‑functional leaders—including agents, executives, operations, and engineering—to surface needs, align on priorities, and champion a client‑ and creator‑centric product approach.

  • Lead high‑impact client demos and internal walkthroughs to align stakeholders on goals, gather strategic feedback, and refine product direction, functionality, and user experience.

  • Guide UX/UI teams in translating complex business and creative requirements into clear product flows, detailed specifications, and intuitive end‑to‑end experiences.

Execution & Delivery

  • Define and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives, enabling effective agile execution and clear alignment across engineering and design teams.

  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader product strategy and business priorities.

  • Orchestrate cross‑team execution for major releases, managing dependencies and risks to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and at a high quality bar.

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback at scale, overseeing bug triage, enhancements, and experiments (including A/B tests) to drive continuous optimization.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Represent product initiatives in cross-functional and executive forums, communicating priorities, recommendations, tradeoffs, and progress while partnering closely with product leadership on strategic direction.

  • Mentor and elevate other product managers, helping to establish best practices, refine processes, and strengthen a culture of product excellence across the team.

What You Will Need

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including primary ownership of complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle.

  • Experience leading products in two or more areas of: CRM, influencer marketing platform, creator tools/software, AI models, or other software in adjacent industries is preferred.

  • Deep experience working with data models, APIs, and integration patterns, with a demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering on technical design and trade‑off decisions.

  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile product management and collaboration tools.

  • Strong command of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience guiding teams through agile planning and execution.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and technologies used in day‑to‑day operations.

  • Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, effectively translating vision into actionable plans.

  • Demonstrated success driving high‑impact initiatives in evolving or rapidly scaling organizations, including leading teams through ambiguity and change.

  • Excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, with a history of using data and insights to inform product direction and prioritization.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
