About Onshore

Onshore is transforming how businesses identify and claim valuable tax incentives. We combine technology, automation, and exceptional customer service to make a traditionally complex process simple for our clients. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for people who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and genuinely care about helping customers.

About the Role

We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our go-to-market org. This is a great fit for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to specialize in GTM hiring and grow into a strategic talent partner for revenue-generating teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers, sharpen your sourcing and pipeline skills, and help build the teams that drive company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer

  • Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards, define hiring criteria, and set realistic hiring timelines

  • Source and manage active and passive candidates through our recruiting engine

  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video screens to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit

  • Coordinate and guide candidates through interview loops, ensuring a strong candidate experience at every step

  • Track pipeline metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates) and report progress to hiring managers and leadership

  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process alongside the Head of Talent

  • Continuously build talent pipelines and market maps for recurring GTM roles

  • Help refine and improve recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and employer branding for GTM functions

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house); experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or CS roles is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing

  • Comfort using an ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong communication skills — you can talk credibly with both candidates and hiring managers about GTM roles

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open reqs at once

  • A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing — you don't wait for candidates to come to you

  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking and reporting on pipeline metrics

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment

  • Understanding of common GTM career paths and comp structures (e.g., OTE, quota structures)

  • Experience building or improving structured interview processes
