Working directly with beverage alcohol distributors, SevenFifty’s new Account Executive will introduce prospective clients to our software as a service platform (SaaS) and generate excitement for our technology in the industry.

We are looking for someone with experience in both beverage alcohol sales and tech that can help us reach ambitious revenue targets in 2021 and beyond. You will be responsible for managing a leads list, identifying key contacts, and finding creative ways to schedule pitches and close deals. We offer a wide range of services so you must be comfortable with consultative selling, finding the best solutions for each prospective customer.

If you love the beverage industry, technology sales, and lots of autonomy, this role is for you. This person can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will report to the President, Gianfranco Verga.

What you’ll do:

  • Quickly learn the SevenFifty product, effectively selling and communicating the value proposition of our various services to distributors
  • Target pre-identified leads and finds creative ways to engage them
  • Advance business opportunities and hit a monthly sales quota
  • Work in and leverage Hubspot to manage a deal pipeline, your outreach, and reporting
  • Learn the ins-and-outs of the beverage alcohol industry, including state-by-state regulations, supply chain software systems, and customer business objectives
  • Close deals that are a good fit and meet technical requirements for our products

What you'll have:

  • A “glass-half-full” mentality and a natural curiosity.
  • 3-tier beverage alcohol experience and love for the industry we serve.
  • A minimum of 2 years software sales experience or software-adjacent sales experience
  • Experience with outbound sales and cultivating leads
  • Creative and strategic approach to building rapport and interest in what you're selling
  • Strong professional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener with a positive and energetic presence.
  • The skills to quickly develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • The desire to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where you’ll have ownership over your domain and your relationships.
  • The drive to be self-motivated with a diligent work ethic to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • The strong desire to compete and win.
  • The ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Strong aptitude for technology products.
