The Sales Team at Epsagon 

You will be joining a team of smart, hungry, energetic trailblazers who are passionate about winning. This is one of the more unique selling opportunities where innovation and creativity are not optional, but expected. You will join as one of the first 50 employees and truly be a part of the original “family”. With tremendous YOY growth and already into the 7-figure ARR territory, we are looking for experienced operators who want a seat on a rocket ship. 

The Opportunity 

We are searching for an experienced Sales Executive that is conversationally dangerous with regard to the APM space.  Our technology is cutting-edge and all signs are showing that we are at the forefront of a BIG movement. This requires someone to evangelize modern approaches for monitoring modern environments. We believe that Epsagon sellers will be in the top tier of SaaS earners as our market opportunity is growing by the day.  The role will report directly to the VP of Sales and have resources from throughout the organization to move business across the finish line.


Our HQ is in NYC and we intend to spend more time there as the world slowly makes its way back to “normal”.  Currently, our sales team is operating remotely.


  • Manage inbound pipeline and build outbound pipeline
  • Learn the technology and how to position it effectively against the competition 
  • Reduce risk in sales cycles by gaining multiple stakeholders and building consensus
  • “Don’t mess up the good ones” (You know what we mean)
  • You are the quarterback, you call the plays
  • You are constantly looking for ways to improve your process, hone your craft, and transfer knowledge to the team


  • 1 or more years in the APM space and 3 or more years of closing experience
  • Comfortable with short, < 90-day cycles and longer enterprise ones 
  • Proven track record of selling mid-five-figure to high six-figure deals  
  • Proven track record of generating new logos through calculated outreach
