The Associate Account Executive is a new role for Ogury and represents an important milestone for our fast-growing organization, marking the beginning of our Sales Development program.  This is an entry level sales position designed for those who desire a sales career, but are lacking traditional sales experience.  As Associate Account Executive, you will be supporting an experienced Sales Director in key areas of the sales cycle such as prospecting, presentation creation, program execution and more.  The position is designed to give you the on-the-job experience, coupled with formal training, to allow you to mature into a full-time seller within approximately 2 years.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner closely with experienced sellers to learn all aspects of the sales cycle

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Insights and your Sales Leadership to pull together effective presentations with relevant insights specific to your assigned customer targets

  • Help identify new potential client targets, prospect and secure meetings on behalf of your sales team

  • Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Business Intelligence, Insights and key clients to ensure campaigns are set up effectively to achieve program objectives

  • As experience grows, begin to take on a subset of smaller accounts to own the entire sales cycle and deliver against a sales target
