Who We’re Looking For
The Partnerships Manager will help drive growth at Morty. They will own the strategy and execution of new customer acquisition partnerships and will lead various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high level business priorities into an actionable plan, and then collaborate cross-functionally to get it done.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and Morty’s product in order to ideate strategic opportunities and influence internal objectives.
- Manage the execution of key team initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential external partners. Execute on high impact opportunities by finding mutual value and negotiating sustainable contracts.
- Lead complex cross-functional partner implementations. Ensure partnerships are set up for operational success with appropriate internal support and resource allocation.
- Build processes that enable us to more quickly onboard and scale new partners.
Job Qualifications
- 4 or more years of experience in management consulting or strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proactive, go-getter attitude. Motivated to find creative solutions and accomplish goals without explicit direction.
- Adaptable and excited to work at a fast-growing startup.
