RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a Consultative Account Manager and Client Partner for EPAM clients and prospects that are Insurance Carriers and InsureTechs
  • Leverage Industry Knowledge, Experience and thought leadership to envision how technology can transform our customer's business to drive higher levels of customer experience and engagement
  • Develop and Execute Account Plans for growth, delivery excellence, profitability, client satisfaction and employee satisfaction
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
  • Create and maintain effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Solution SME's, and Sales and Delivery Leaders
  • Responsible for shaping solutions, properly scoping pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
  • Serve as the Engagement owner; partner with clients to help craft the product vision and roadmaps and create compelling customer value propositions and strategies
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio


REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated track record with 5-10 years developing and growing client engagements, leading teams and delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Manage and monitor performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
  • Strong industry knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development
  • Proficiency operating at the strategic level
  • Hands-on experience with leading teams
  • Proven history and ability to manage client engagements
  • Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, subject matter expertise and trends - with a general industry focus in insurance (P&C, Group Life & Benefits)
  • Solid leadership/management skills
  • Highly skilled in oral/written communication, with presentation and negotiation skills
