What you will be doing
Eden Health is looking for a high-energy and innately driven sales leader to be an integral part of a quickly growing sales team. You will lead Eden Health’s sales team and manage Account Executives and their key initiatives relevant to new and ongoing revenue. As our leader you will be working closely with sales, finance, customer success and marketing teams to build our strong operations infrastructure for a rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and motivating a high performing sales team. We want people who will go above and beyond to find opportunities for Eden Health to expand with mid-market employers. This role reports to the VP, Sales.
What success looks like
- Formulate and execute on monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
- Inspire, lead and coach a dynamic sales team
- Hire, recruit and develop talented account executives that will help our team deliver on revenue targets
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress review with each team member
- Manage productivity of employer opportunities with Account Executives
- Ongoing process improvements that will make our team sell more efficiently and drive hockey stick growth
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales management at healthtech and/or SaaS company
- Knowledge and experience of healthcare and benefits consulting market
- Can recognize opportunity to drive process improvement at a sales and company level
- Strong ability to work with multiple departments and individuals to reach solutions that serve revenue growth
- Experience handling and driving multi-channel sales with a diverse set of revenue lines
- You are inquisitive and challenge the effectiveness of current procedures
- Organized and can juggle multiple projects at once
- Experienced working with Salesforce
