Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5+ Inside Sales Representatives
- Own all metrics for the Inside Sales Team by meticulously tracking success, measuring outcomes, and optimizing strategy
- Train and coach team members on effectively building relationships with healthcare providers and their office staff
- Be an inspiring and present leader of the team - hosting daily standups, weekly and monthly meetings, and regular 1:1 coaching sessions with individual reps
- Work closely with Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing team members to continuously align inside Sales Team with organization-wide objectives
- Manage and work to improve Salesforce reporting, list building, lead routing, and Inside Sales workflow
- Increase Inside Sales team activity and conversion rates
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of sales leadership and management experience, preferably with a high growth technology or health technology company
- You have 2+ years in a quota-bearing role as an SDR, BDR, or AE
- You’re great at thinking strategically about how to adapt the Inside Sales function to the nuances of the healthcare space
- You’re great with numbers and have built out commission structures, and quota requirements for your teams in the past
- You’re an expert at Salesforce and understand how to structure a CRM system to support Inside Sales
- You have a strong understanding of lead development best practices and procedures
- Your communication skills are polished, professional, and persuasive
- You’re an inspiring leader. You know how to manage difficult conversations and get the best results of our your team
- You see obstacles and challenges as opportunities
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify opportunities and build improvements
