The Customer Success team works directly with our customers to ensure their continued success over the course of their Unqork journey. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager, gathering and working on Voice of the Customer insights to ensure Unqork is providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Voice of the Customer feedback collection, reporting, and cross-departmental reporting and coordination ensuring feedback loops from CSAT survey, NPS, and more
  • Analyze and identify areas for improvement across the Voice of the Customer data
  • Summarize and share recommendations and metrics with partners, ensuring applicable next steps and facilitating work streams to address
  • Track timelines, determine milestones, manage status reports, lead meetings for all projects
  • Design and evaluate methods for collecting data to measure the effectiveness of programs and strategies
  • Develop creative ways to amplify the customer's voice throughout the organization
  • Partner with the organization to lead creation of process and content where needed
  • Partner within Customer Success to grow the Community using the Voice of the Customer as a guiding light
  • Manage Customer Experience programs and strategic projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in customer experience, user research, program management, project management, or data analytics
  • Project management experience
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects to completion
  • Inspired to identify areas where automation can replace manual work
  • Communicate with Customers at any level: from the C-Suite to the developer
  • Manage and work well on a team (both internal and customer teams)
  • Comfortable working with and analyzing large datasets
  • Genuine excitement for software products and the ability to speak to how they work
