Joining Collibra’s Product Sales Engineering team:

  • Product Sales Engineering is a global team within the Sales Engineering function that provides accurate and timely product technical expertise to internal customer facing teams, prospects, customers and partners to improve sales execution and customer success.
  • In this role, you will lead the Collibra Test Drive program, with a focus on product configuration and technical enablement. 
  • The Collibra Test Drive is a strategic initiative for accelerating new customer and expansion bookings that provides buyers with the opportunity to have hands-on experience with the Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud platform, anytime, anywhere. 
  • In this role you will work as One Collibra, collaborating and building relationships cross-functionally and across geographies in high value activities that will elevate our business to the next level.

Sales Engineer - Collibra Test Drive at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Product Marketing, Business Development and Product functions to design and build Collibra Test Drive experiences that optimize customer engagement and align with Collibra go to market strategy. 
  • Building the operational framework, best practices, resources and tools necessary to deliver the best test drive experience 
  • Collaborating with Sales Enablement to create scalable Test Drive onboarding and training plans for internal functions and partners 
  • Partnering with Product Marketing to define the KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and program success for continuous improvement based on feedback

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent knowledge
  • Proven track record with successful delivery of cross-functional software projects and related deliverables with high quality and on time.
  • Proven track record of effective stakeholder management, prioritization and engagement for successful delivery of cross-functional software projects.
  • Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software solutions

You Are:

    • Able to communicate effectively, in English, via multiple channels (verbal, written) with technical and non-technical staff across internal and external organizations
    • Someone with ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
    • Someone with ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams across several geographies
    • Able to manage ambiguity with a strong ability to prioritize, apply time management and adhere to deadlines 
  • Preferred locations are: Central US, East US and Europe

Reporting to Collibra’s Manager of Product Sales Engineers, Sales Engineer - Test Drive  measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will meet the Test Drive key stakeholders, learn about our product offering and have completed at least one Collibra University learning path.
  • Within your third month you will have a good understanding of the Test Drive product configuration and will be able to enable and train others on it.
  • Within your sixth month, you will own the development and roadmap of the Test Drive and will have created a new experience.
