Cadre is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Act as a liaison between Investor Relations and Funding Operations team to ensure seamless collaboration between the two departments
• Assist the sales team with any funding related questions whether it’s providing answers directly or indirectly to investors
• Implement roadmap to increase investor conversion and pull-through
• Maintain FAQ’s in Zendesk to make sure we have up-to-date and accurate responses
• Coordinate with operations team to manage Deal Allocation Trackers and waitlist management 
• Assist team in generating lists for specific investor outreach
• Help sales answer distribution related questions 
• Coordinate lead routing and access request grants with Sales Team
• Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team
• Quickly gain a deep understanding of our CRM and sales processes
• Create polished presentations for internal and external meetings under tight deadlines

 WHAT YOU HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Investor Relations or Operations 
• A willingness and ability to adjust to shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• An acute attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
• An eye for the big picture and flourish by creating new ways to add to existing partnerships 
• Articulate and persuasive communication skills
• High degree of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
• Energy and commitment to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
• Strong initiative and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other related fields of study
