About the team:Quartet’s Market Success team successfully sells primary care, specialty and behavioral health practices on Quartet’s value. We drive user breadth through inside sales and field sales provider acquisition and user depth through increased referral activity for both reactive and recommended patient referrals (activations). Market Success quickly identifies and solves operational barriers or personal hesitations that would limit adoption of Quartet and implements extremely clear and documented Quartet workflow within practice. Lastly, Market Success challenges practices to change current attitude towards, and treatment of, mental health and serves as true partner on best practices for recognition and treatment of mental health.

Accountabilities

  • Generating and presenting timely reports and analyses on current environment and planning for future growth and market/segmentation development such as: Pipeline and Forecasting, Market and Territory Planning, Sales results, Field Activity reports/performance, Customer reports, Trending reports for KPIs and performance gaps
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance and Sales to conceive, design and implement process optimization (ex: inbound and outbound sales prospecting efficiency)
  • Ensuring efficiency in Salesforce (data audits and system maintenance) and participating in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years work experience in Sales Operations
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with Salesforce
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets Wizard
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce consulting background is a plus
  • Sales Operations experience in Healthcare preferred
