Your team:

Our Customer Success teams build meaningful long-term relationships with brokerages, real estate agents, lenders, and home builders. We’re focused on helping our customers empower their home buyers and sellers with Ribbon’s products to help families achieve homeownership and gain an advantage in the current real estate environment.

As a Sales Trainer, you'll help us grow revenue by stewarding an incredible training experience for our sales team members. We are on pace to quadruple in size this year but need an enhanced customer experience provided by our customer success team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career on the ground floor of an industry-defining company. Our Customer Success teams shape and drive our business and are crucial to Ribbon’s continued growth and success and you’ll help enable your teammates who thrive as a unit as they hit their monthly and quarterly goals..

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

  • Incorporate best practices of well-run enterprise sales cycles into regular and robust training programs to help our teams get better at providing excellent customer support and having a deeper product knowledge
  • Be the subject matter expert on our sales process and methodology
  • Deliver feedback to CX & CS employees to make the teams more effective
  • Create and administer engaging training by partnering closely with cross-functional teams throughout the business
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership 
  • Work with department leads to plan impactful Sales & CX events and trainings that align with our core values

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Sales Enablement and/or Training role
  • Organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills and experience
  • Self-starter mentality - ready to build and adapt new processes and systems
  • Experience with building training evaluations and models for new employees
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and a constantly changing and evolving environment
