Sales/Project Coordinator
MISSION
We’re looking to hire our first Sales Coordinator to match the rapid growth we’re experiencing at SwagUp! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver, who is passionate about our mission: make creating and distributing impactful swag as simple as possible! Must be able to think quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. We are a rapidly growing company without a lot of defined processes, so perfect for anyone that wants to have input to improve the company.
This role is designed to support the Sales and Project Management teams delivering on client requests and improving the overall client experience. The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include partnering with the Project Management team, delivering on client requests, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and being a crucial part of the overall client experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
Help the Sales team to improve their productivity by handling administrative duties related to client orders, such as out of stock items, reorders, and customized pricing.
Support the Project Management team on key initiatives such as product and supplier management.
Assist in designing and publishing customized redeem webpages for clients.
Collaborating with Customer Experience and Operations to ensure sales related queries are handled efficiently.
Partner with the Operations team on client requests and active orders.
Provide support for Sales and/or CX with client related shipment queries and dashboard troubleshooting.
Support the management of Shopify client stores in partnership with the Project Management team
Provide administrative support on client projects for Sales & Project Management, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
1 + years in an administrative/coordinator role (at a startup is a major plus!)
Computer literacy and experience using Google suite.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Must be able to work independently on tasks and work well with others team members
A strong interest in sales and/or project management!
Salesforce experience is a plus!
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Reduce the Sales & Project Managers time spent on time-consuming tasks, to allow for more bandwidth to support clients
Collaborate with Project Managers and other departments on enhancing the client experience and our internal processes
A smooth process from end to end where AEs can handle lots of clients, Operations has all info needed to succeed, and ultimately clients expectations are matched or exceeded
