Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Senior Partner Channel Manager will be responsible for accelerating our burgeoning ecosystem of agencies and consultants who are championing BentoBox to their clients. Primary objectives will be to increase the number of new agency and consultant partners, to maximize the success of our existing partners, and to create scalable solutions for the long-term success of the channel. The ideal candidate for this individual-contributor role has a perfect mix of strategy, creativity, and drive that will create an outsized impact on BentoBox’s future.
What You’ll Do
Create and execute go-to-market strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of new partners
Develop onboarding and training programs to help new agencies and consultants become successful
Proactively and creatively engage with our existing partners to maximize their success
Work with partners to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Implement scalable processes and tools that set the channel up for long-term success
Serve as the internal champion of our agency and consultant partners, working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Regularly report on channel performance to senior leadership
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of relevant experience and proven success in partner manager roles, preferably with SMB partners
KPI-driven mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations
- Channel Sales Experience
Persuasive communication skills with an ability to deeply understand and create value propositions around the goals and challenges of partners
Track record of successfully managing multiple projects with competing priorities while exceeding targets
Autonomous, hands on, get-it-done mentality
Passion for the restaurant industry and small businesses
