How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra seeks a determined, highly independent Senior Sales Compensation Analyst for its growing Total Rewards team. This will be a high impact role, working directly with upper management and executive leaders of the Sales, Finance, and HR organizations. The role will provide ample opportunity for the right candidate to carve their own path and have a direct impact on Collibra’s strategic initiatives.

A day in the life of a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Compensation Manager, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Lead the sales incentive compensation design-to-deployment process: you will understand our strategic objectives and work with sales leaders to design core compensation structures to achieve those objectives
  • Assess the success of current incentives, proposing new incentive designs; you will leverage analytics to drive clarity of design choices and demonstrate sales plan performance
  • Act as a trusted compensation partner to sales leaders
  • Own the relationship with our sales compensation partners (e.g., Callidus)
  • Be an expert on sales commission calculations and analysis

You Have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & Google Suite products
  • 5+ years in an analytical role, with at least 2 in a direct sales compensation role
  • Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation is a plus (e.g. Xactly, Callidus, Oracle EIM, etc.)
  • Track record of developing or improving upon key business processes and tools
  • Data visualization experience a plus
