Joining Collibra’s Professional Services team:

At Collibra, our Professional Service team relies on Solution Architects to deliver on customer expectations. Working directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure customer success and adoption, Solution Architects act as customer champions.

A day in the life of a Solution Architect at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management to grow Collibra adoption with both existing and new customer base
  • Mentoring assigned peers and new hires to ensure adoption of delivery methodology and delivery of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met
  • Ensuring services delivery in compliance with established Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Participating in the ongoing improvements of Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Achieving utilization targets and help Collibra to grow its services business

You Have:

  • Education: At least a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is preferred
  • Experience: 5-10 years relevant industry (Public Sector) consulting or experience
  • implemented cloud/on prem software solutions in large public sector environments.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance(s) that may be required
  • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized; no dual citizenship) required

You Are:

  • Knowledgeable about core data management and data governance technologies
  • Familiar with statements of work (SOW) scoping and level of effort estimations
  • Experienced in leading blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering activities
  • Skilled at developing functional specifications, technical specifications, test specifications
  • Adept at workflow, security and integration requirements

A Solution Architect’s successful ramp will progress along a clear timeline:

  • Within your first month, you will be enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio
  • Within your third month, you will be learning the Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodology
  • Within your sixth month, you will be engaged in delivering Collibra solutions
