Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate, Go-to-Market Sales Strategy & Analytics to play a pivotal role in enhancing our go-to-market strategy. This role is equally execution-oriented and analytical – the ideal candidate will spend many days jumping between high-leverage tactical projects, and some days head-down performing deep analyses to inform strategic decisions. Reporting directly to the VP of Workplace Distribution in close partnership with our GTM manager, you will collaborate across teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with our 2026 goals.

In this role, your work will include building and enhancing reporting tools, managing and optimizing sales campaigns, conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses, and identifying opportunities to scale our distribution model effectively. You will also own critical aspects of financial planning, including managing commission and quota-related initiatives.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Own and deliver ongoing regular reporting and analysis for executive leadership, focused on high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Manage sales outreach campaigns – own the population segmentation and implementation  of sales copy, automations, and retroactive analyses to make teams more efficient and drive revenue expansion.
  • Perform ROI analysis across teams, platforms, tools, products, and features to guide organizational priorities and investments.
  • Partner with FP&A to manage commission structures, quotas, and related financial workflows.
  • Analyze the sales cycle using data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Partner with the GTM team to craft automations connecting the end-to-end funnel, ensuring leads move efficiently through each stage and performance can be analyzed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools in platforms like Salesforce, Sigma, and Claude
  • Draft strategic planning documentation to highlight key analysis including strategic memos, presentation decks, etc.

Requirements

  • 2 years of applicable experience in a fast paced dynamic GTM role.
  • Demonstrable experience executing at an exceptionally high level. We don’t care whether it was earning many promotions in a prior job or growing a side-hustle while in college – what matters is a demonstrated track record of doing exceptional work, quickly and consistently.
  • Experience working with and drawing insights from spreadsheets and data tables. This role will require working in spreadsheets, Salesforce, and Sigma BI. You’ll be taking data from many places and figuring out what it all means.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency. You intuitively understand what sorts of things should be trusted to AI, what sorts of things shouldn’t be trusted to AI, and how quickly that line is changing.

This role will be based in our New York City HQ and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation.
The expected base salary range for this position is $75K - $90K base. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

From there, the process varies by role but typically includes a skills or experience-based assessment, such as a coding interview, portfolio review, or deeper discussion of your relevant experience. Successful candidates then move on to a virtual or in-person interview panel. Before extending an offer, we complete a reference check with a current or former manager and a peer.
