Help shape how we connect with high net worth clients through meaningful credit card marketing and communications. In this role, you will turn strategy into clear, compliant messaging that drives growth and strengthens client relationships.

As a Senior Associate High Net Worth Marketing in the High Net Worth Card Marketing team within Consumer and Community Banking, you support end-to-end marketing communications that help clients discover, apply for, and engage with our credit card products. You will partner across marketing, acquisition, and customer marketing teams to plan campaigns, coordinate delivery, and track results. You will help ensure our communications are consistent, on-brand, and aligned to required review and approval processes. Your work helps us deliver a more relevant client experience while supporting responsible, sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and refresh of marketing communications for high net worth clients across key moments in the client journey
  • Help plan and execute acquisition and engagement campaigns in partnership with marketing, communications, and channel teams
  • Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders to support on-time execution
  • Compile campaign performance results and track key metrics to understand what is working and where to improve
  • Support ongoing optimization by identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to strengthen future communications
  • Help maintain content consistency across the portfolio by supporting messaging alignment and reuse where appropriate
  • Assist with content reviews, approvals, and documentation to support brand and regulatory guidelines
  • Contribute to distribution and channel readiness by ensuring content is accurate, complete, and client-ready
  • Support testing and learning efforts by helping document hypotheses, results, and recommended next steps
  • Maintain organized campaign materials and reporting artifacts for easy access and auditability

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, acquisition marketing, or client communications
  • Experience supporting marketing for credit cards, financial services, or affluent client segments
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with performance tracking, reporting, and using insights to improve future work
  • Understanding of client journeys and how communications support acquisition and engagement outcomes
  • Experience supporting content governance, including reviews and approval processes
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including timeline and stakeholder management
  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills
  • A creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution focus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing (onboarding, engagement, retention) for premium or affluent segments
  • Familiarity with channel execution across email, direct mail, digital, and in-app experiences
  • Experience supporting testing and optimization (for example, message or offer testing)
  • Comfort working with marketing measurement approaches and basic analytics concepts
  • Experience partnering with product, legal, risk, or compliance stakeholders during delivery
