ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. We help brands run performance-driven creator programs while enabling top creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with the brands they love—driving discovery through trusted tastemakers and authentic recommendations.

At ShopMy, you're building the future of human-led commerce for the world's best brands, tastemakers, and shoppers. You move fast and see immediate impact in your work, alongside accomplished teammates who are driven by helping find the world's best things. If you’re excited to help shape the future of curated commerce at the intersection of technology, culture, and taste, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, Brand, you will own the go-to-market motion for ShopMy's B2B SaaS brand audience, the DTC brands, advertisers, and enterprise retailers who power our platform's growth. You'll define how we articulate ShopMy's value to brands, lead the launches that drive adoption, and build the enablement materials that help our team win and expand. This is a high-impact IC role at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, reporting into our Director of Product GTM.

This role is ideal for a senior PMM who wants to own a high-visibility audience with real scope — shaping strategy, not just executing it.

What You'll Do
  • Brand Positioning & Messaging: Own ShopMy's brand-facing messaging framework — defining our value proposition, positioning pillars, and narrative for brand partners across segments and use cases.
  • Launch Ownership: Lead GTM strategy for new features and products relevant to the brand audience, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Design to drive awareness, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Sales & Revenue Enablement: Define the narrative that moves deals — equipping our Revenue team with positioning, pitch decks, talk tracks, and competitive intelligence that accelerates conversion and deal velocity.
  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of brand buyer needs, decision-making criteria, and competitive dynamics; translate insight into sharper messaging, stronger positioning, and actionable product feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and GTM teams, owning the connective tissue that keeps brand launches coordinated, messaging consistent, and the brand narrative sharp at every touchpoint.
  • Strategic Insight & Market Intelligence: Synthesize performance data, customer insights, and competitive signals into a clear point of view — and use that POV to sharpen ShopMy's brand GTM strategy over time.
What Sets You Up for Success
  • 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally with B2B, marketplace, or platform products
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for a sophisticated business audience
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller — you can simplify complexity and make a clear, persuasive case
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can drive alignment without relying on authority
  • Strong strategic instincts — you connect business goals to market dynamics and can articulate a clear point of view on how to win a brand buyer
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environments
  • Passionate about the creator economy and the future of digital marketing
Bonus Points
  • Experience marketing to brands, advertisers, or enterprise/DTC buyers
  • Background in influencer marketing, affiliate, or performance marketing
  • Familiarity with two- or three-sided marketplace dynamics
  • Experience working alongside a Sales or Revenue team in a high-growth startup
