Courier Health is on a mission to solve one of the biggest and most meaningful opportunities in healthcare: reinvent how people living with chronic and rare diseases are supported.

We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. Our software is leveraged by biopharma companies to support patients in their complex journey from diagnosis to initiating and remaining on therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging and positioning for one of Courier Health’s core solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has “been there before” and brings a strong point of view on what great product marketing looks like to help us level up how we tell our story internally and externally. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility to leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence for one of our core solutions.
  • Own and evolve buyer personas, use cases, and messaging frameworks as the product and our market continue to mature.
  • Work closely with Product to drive feature release marketing end-to-end, from strategy through enablement and customer success.
  • Contribute to broader sales enablement/cross-product launch initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support and accelerate deals, including planning, drafting, and delivering collateral that clearly articulate value, differentiation, and ROI.
  • Serve as an internal and external voice of product marketing at industry conference, customer events and meetings.
  • Help establish the frameworks, standards, and practices that define what great product marketing looks like at Courier Health.
  • AI-native in your workflow: you use tools that make you faster and sharper, and you have a clear POV on where they help and where judgment is still required.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare or life sciences SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Track record owning a product area or solution end-to-end (positioning, enablement, and launches).
  • Proven success supporting enterprise sales teams with long, complex buying cycles.
  • Strong writer and communicator — your work is clear, confident, and opinionated.
  • Comfortable presenting live to senior audiences and commanding a room.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong POV, but also highly execution-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help bring structure to growing organizations.
  • Prior exposure to analyst relations a plus.

Benefits

  • 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision)
  • 401(k) with employer funded match
  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Paid parental leave
  • Catered lunch on Fridays
  • Wellness stipend

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $170,000 - $190,000  + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
