Job Description SummaryThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for complex and recurring roles within the Global Supply Chain job function in Central Europe. This role partners closely with People Leaders and HR to identify, attract, assess, and hire strong talent across manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, quality, and related Supply Chain functions. The Senior TA Partner brings strong expertise in proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, and stakeholder advisory, while using data and market insight to improve hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and process discipline. This role is expected to manage openings independently across the region, influence hiring decisions with credibility, and contribute to continuous improvement and TA capability building across the team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruit

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned Global Supply Chain roles across Central Europe.
  • Lead hiring for complex and hard to fill roles, using advanced sourcing techniques and strong passive candidate engagement.
  • Screen and assess candidates for functional fit, capability, and cultural fit, providing clear recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring skill areas.
  • Ensure a high quality, compliant, fair, and inclusive recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for the GE Vernova employer brand across relevant channels and talent communities.

Advise and Partner

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, hiring priorities, sourcing strategies, and realistic market expectations.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent market trends, candidate availability, and best practices.
  • Use recruitment data, funnel insights, and market information to improve search strategy and influence hiring decisions.
  • Lead offer discussions and manage more complex offer situations with sound judgment, balancing candidate expectations and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely ATS and process data to support reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.

Innovate and Improve

  • Apply Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset in day to day recruiting delivery.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and practical improvement opportunities that enhance speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
  • Share best practices, market insights, and sourcing approaches within the TA team.
  • Support TA projects, new tools, and evolving ways of working across the function.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s  degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
  • Proven experience recruiting for complex roles across multiple functions or business areas and countries.
  • Strong capability in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience advising hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and market insight to support decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong offer management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, written and spoken. Fluent in Polish and German, written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive personality with strong ownership, problem solving ability, and willingness to learn.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within Global Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, quality or related functions.
  • Experience supporting hiring across Central Europe.
  • Experience in corporate recruiting environments.
  • Experience using CRM, analytics, sourcing, or AI enabled recruiting tools.
