Description

At Solidus, we are shaping the financial markets of tomorrow. Our trade surveillance and risk monitoring technology protects investors, enhances transparency, and ensures regulatory compliance across traditional financial assets and digital asset markets.

With over 20 years of experience building Wall Street-grade fintech, our team delivers solutions that financial institutions and regulators worldwide rely on to detect, investigate, and report market manipulation, financial crime, and fraud. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London, we safeguard millions of retail and institutional entities globally, monitoring over a trillion events each day.

The Role

You will run Solidus's organic social program -identifying where this community actually gathers (Linkedin, X, subreddits, telegram, Discord) and building real presence in each through direct engagement with the people who shape this space, not just publishing to it.

You will partner directly with our founder and executives to grow their individual voices. In a field this size, credibility moves through people more than brand accounts. This includes ghostwriting, surfacing engagement opportunities, and advising execs on where and how to show up.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to convert that presence into brand and pipeline impact, surfacing signals from social and community activity back into the funnel.

The role is based in New York (hybrid, in-office Tuesdays), reporting to our Director of Growth.

What You'll Do

  1. Run Our Social Channels - Own Solidus's organic presence — content, voice, and posting cadence — across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
  2. Grow Our Founder and Leadership Brands -Ghostwrite in their voice, shape their positioning, build posting cadence, and advise them on what lands. When our CEO posts, the market should listen. You make that happen.
  3. Engage the Community - Monitor and participate in threads and discussions about Solidus, our market, and our competitors across LinkedIn, X, relevant subreddits, and anywhere else practitioners, builders, and skeptics gather.
Requirements

About You

  • Action-Oriented - You ship content quickly, iterate constantly, and treat social as a live experiment rather than a static calendar.
  • Audience-Obsessed - You know our clients, their pain points, and how they consume content, and shape what/where/who accordingly.
  • Creative and Data-Driven - You pair strong creative instinct with a rigorous read on performance data, and use both to continuously sharpen the program.
  • High Ownership - From planning content, copywriting, to coaching executives, you follow through until it works.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years growing corporate and executive brands on social media in finance, crypto, or AI
  • A track record of social copy that has genuinely broken through
  • Experience ghostwriting for executives, capturing a distinct voice across multiple people
  • Experience editing video, audio, and written content (event interviews, podcasts, etc.) and an eye for aesthetics
  • Experience building an audience or community from scratch in a niche or emerging space
  • Experience engaging communities directly: replies, comment threads, Reddit, and crypto-native channels
  • Comfortable defining and tracking meaningful engagement in a small audience
  • Genuine curiosity and the ability to get fluent fast in a technical, regulatory-heavy subject matter – this isn't a space where you can post convincingly without understanding it
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building buy-in for creative ideas
  • A high bar for quality and sharp attention to detail

Why Join Us?

  • Join the next frontier of fintech, as digital assets, stablecoins, and prediction markets reshape how the category is defined.
  • Step in at a true inflection point - product-market fit is established, and what gets built next drives how we scale.
  • Thrive in a high-velocity, startup-DNA environment where we strip away bureaucracy so great ideas translate into execution quickly.
  • Work with a team of marketing professionals: high standards, zero ego, and a shared commitment to great work.

Benefits

The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, Solidus Labs offers equity, unlimited PTO and a generous total rewards program, including $0 monthly health insurance premiums for you and your family, a robust 401K match program, and perks like ClassPass, One Medical and Talkspace subscriptions.
