The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) for Equifax's Data Driven Marketing (DDM) solutions serves as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for identifying and supporting Equifax's partnership opportunities. In this role, you will diagnose Insurance client’s business challenges and develop customized DDM solutions meet their unique needs.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the DDM domain expert for sales activities within covered accounts, focusing on highly complex, configurable, and custom solutions
  • Prescribe Strategic Solutions: Leverage deep knowledge of DDM capabilities to design solutions that address specific market segments and emerging data trends
  • Bridge Gaps: Identify critical dependencies or gaps, offering proactive resolutions and managing escalations on behalf of the client
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other SMEs to build compelling value propositions
  • Deliver High-Impact Presentations: Create and deliver customer-facing presentations that translate complex concepts into viable, actionable solutions throughout the sales cycle
  • Drive Use-Case Adoption: Promote specific use cases where DDM solutions offer a competitive advantage, particularly within the Insurance industry
  • Lead Negotiations: Develop detailed solution proposals and drive the negotiation process for DDM products
  • Mentor Sales Teams: Transfer knowledge to enterprise sellers to better enable them to identify and qualify DDM opportunities
  • Analyze the Competitive Landscape: Maintain expert knowledge of competitors to drive market-leading positioning and winning sales strategies
  • Conduct Discovery: Lead client discovery meetings to capture technical and business requirements during the sales cycle
  • Innovate Channel Solutions: Use DDM’s differentiated datasets to create marketing solutions across both digital and non-digital channels
  • Liaise with Centers of Excellence (COE): Coordinate with Operations, Tech, Pricing, Legal, and Product Management to ensure all client engagement details are documented and executed successfully
  • Manage Sales Operations: Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce and support forecasting and initiative prioritization

What experience you need 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales Mastery: 7-10+ years experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, or other Enterprise-level, quota-carrying sales role
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to convey value in executive-level client meetings
  • Problem Solving: Expert-level problem-solving skills, particularly in developing intricate, multi-faceted solutions
  • Environment: Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $133,770.00 to $156,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%. The application window is anticipated to close on May 22, 2026. This date is a good faith estimate only and may be modified where necessary.
