EXL is seeking a senior Wealth Management executive to accelerate growth within its strategic banking accounts. This role will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with Wealth Management leaders at large U.S. banks where EXL has an established presence but limited penetration within Wealth Management.

The individual will leverage deep industry expertise and executive relationships to identify opportunities across Wealth Management. Working closely with account teams, solution leaders, and delivery teams, the role will help position EXL's Data, Analytics, AI, and Operations capabilities to address key Wealth Management priorities and drive incremental revenue growth.

This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role focused on executive engagement, opportunity creation, account expansion, and long-term client partnership development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A current Top Tier Consulting Firm Client Partner who has past experience as a Wealth Management executive, senior banker, or industry sales leader with an established & maintained client network across Wealth Management organizations and a demonstrated track record of expanding strategic accounts, opening new executive relationships, and converting business priorities into consulting and transformation opportunities within those Wealth Management organizations.
 

Responsibilities

Wealth Management Account Expansion:

  • Develop and execute Wealth Management growth plans within existing strategic banking accounts.

  • Establish relationships with Wealth Management business leaders and key decision-makers where EXL has limited current presence.

  • Partner with existing account teams to expand EXL's footprint and increase wallet share.

Executive Relationship Development:

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Wealth Management executives and business leaders.

  • Leverage industry network and market knowledge to create access to new buying centers.

  • Facilitate executive conversations around growth, risk, efficiency, and transformation priorities.

Opportunity Origination & Solution Shaping:

  • Identify and qualify opportunities aligned to Wealth Management priorities.

  • Shape client conversations around data, analytics, AI, and operational transformation.

  • Partner with EXL domain and solution teams to develop compelling business cases and proposals.

  • Support opportunity pursuits through executive presentations, workshops, and strategic account planning.

Market Leadership:

  • Maintain deep understanding of Wealth Management trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide market intelligence and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Represent EXL at industry forums, client events, and executive briefings.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, banking consulting, financial services consulting, or banking technology/services.
  • Deep expertise in Wealth Management across Analytics, Data, AI or Operations space
  • Strong relationships with senior Wealth Management executives across large U.S. banks.
  • Proven success in opening new buying centers and expanding business within existing client accounts.
  • Experience influencing and selling to senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, and technology-led transformation in banking.
  • Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Based in the New York metropolitan area.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

The posted base salary range is the hiring base salary range for this role. Final offers are based on several factors, including: the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position.
