Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily go-to-market roles, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and hiring-manager partnership. Build pipelines for difficult searches, use funnel metrics to improve stalled searches, maintain accurate ATS records, and report progress to leadership. Contribute to recruiting programs, employer branding, and interviewer training while helping shape Alloy’s evolving talent acquisition processes.

Own outbound sourcing strategy for Engineering roles while supporting Product and GTM searches. Build talent maps, engage passive technical candidates, conduct market research, track pipeline metrics, and improve outreach conversion. Lead Alloy’s AI-augmented sourcing workflow using tools such as Noon.ai and Gem, develop sourcing playbooks, and partner with recruiters and leadership on talent intelligence and pipeline health.

Serve as the dedicated People Partner for Product and Engineering: coach managers, run performance cycles, monitor org health and attrition, partner on comp and workforce planning, use data-driven insights, support hiring with technical recruiters, and translate business context into people strategy.
