Manage the strategy, design, and administration of CoreWeave's benefits programs across various countries, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Oversee vendor relations, open enrollment, and advise leadership on benefits strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Provide end-to-end support for background checks and onboarding, managing Sterling/First Advantage workflows, coordinating with Global Security and third parties, tracking completion metrics, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Act as subject matter expert for talent processes, advise stakeholders, handle sensitive information, and assist on related projects.

Designs and delivers executive and high-potential leadership programs, VP onboarding, coaching offerings, and leadership assessments (e.g., 360s).
