Capital Rx believes transparency changes everything when it comes to prescriptions. The company raised $12 million to expand their data-driven approach to prescription medications. Prescription pricing can be opaque to employers, but Capital Rx seeks to change that through its partnerships with employers, unions and pharmacies. Wave raises money for an app that syncs with your meditation bolster. Wave raised $5.65 million and launched their guided meditation app and bolster. N26 raised a whopping $470 million in its Series D. The FinTech company is headquartered in Berlin but it has a growing New York office. With this funding, N26 says it will triple their workforce and roll out new benefits and features, like bill-splitting. [Press Release]
