I’ve definitely taken advantage of this perk! It’s allowed me to spend time with family and book cheaper flights because I can fly on less popular days for travel. I’ve also worked from home when I’ve needed to be around to let maintenance workers in and the like. It’s so nice not to have to take time off for those sorts of things.
